Reading Statuses

Status	Meaning
Pending	Being processed
Success	Completed
Failed	Not completed; money returned if it left your account

Bonus Balance vs Real Balance

Real balance is what you deposited and won; it can be withdrawn. Bonus balance comes from offers and may need playthrough before it becomes withdrawable. The wallet shows both separately.

A Weekly Wallet Check

Once a week, scroll through Transactions. Add up deposits and withdrawals. It takes two minutes and keeps you honest about what Khelv is costing or paying you.

Keep Records

Screenshot important payments until they show as successful. It makes any support ticket much faster.
