How to Create a Khelv Account

1. Tap Sign Up on the Khelv website or app.
2. Enter your mobile number and password.
3. Confirm with the OTP.
4. Log in and open the Account tab.

Detailed steps are on the Khelv register page.

What Is Inside Your Khelv Account

• Wallet: balance, deposits, withdrawals and transaction history.
• Profile: UID, VIP level and settings.
• Promotion: your invite link and team stats.
• Customer service: tickets and live chat.

Verify Your Details Early

Add your bank account or UPI ID in your own name before your first withdrawal. Names that do not match are the most common reason a payout is held.

Common Khelv Account Problems

Cannot log in

Reset the password with Forgot Password, or read the Khelv login guide.

Account locked

Too many wrong attempts lock it briefly. Wait a few minutes.

Wrong bank name

Ask Khelv customer care to update it; you may need to verify once.

Lost SIM

Get a duplicate SIM for the same number, or contact support with your UID.

Understanding Your VIP Level

Your VIP level appears on the Account page and rises with activity over time. Higher levels unlock level-up rewards, monthly bonuses and better withdrawal limits. It is worth a glance once a week, mainly so you do not miss a reward waiting to be claimed.

Closing or Pausing a Khelv Account

If you need a break, ask customer care to pause your account for a set period or close it. Withdraw your balance first, and remove saved payment details if you want a clean stop. Taking breaks is a healthy habit, not a failure.

Keep Your Khelv Account Safe

• Never share your OTP or password.
• Use only official Khelv links.
• Log out on shared phones.
• Change your password if you ever logged in through a link someone sent you.
