How to Reset Khelv Password

1. Open the Khelv login page.
2. Tap Forgot Password.
3. Enter your registered mobile number.
4. Type the OTP you receive.
5. Set a new password and confirm it.
6. Log in with the new password.

Change Your Password While Logged In

Account → Settings → Change password. Enter the old one, then the new one twice. Do it every few months and straight away if you ever used a shared phone.

Withdrawal Password Is Separate

Your withdrawal password is only asked when you cash out. Keep it different from your login password; it can also be reset with an OTP from settings.

Fix Common Khelv Login Problems

OTP not arriving

Wait a full minute, check signal and DND, then resend.

Account locked

Wait a few minutes after repeated wrong passwords, then reset.

Lost SIM

Get a duplicate SIM or contact Khelv customer care with your UID and a recent deposit reference.

Why Resets Sometimes Fail

Most failed resets come down to three things: the SIM is not in the phone, the OTP was typed after it expired, or the number was entered with +91 or a leading zero. Fix those and the reset almost always goes through on the next try.

After You Reset

Log in once on the website and once in the app so both remember the new password. If you saved the old password in your browser, update it there too, otherwise autofill will keep entering the wrong one.

Pick a Stronger Password

A short phrase of three unrelated words with a number is stronger, and easier to remember, than your name and birth year.
