Reset With OTP

  1. Open the Khelv login page.
  2. Tap Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your number.
  4. Type the OTP.
  5. Set a new password.

Change It From Settings

If you are logged in, go to Account → Settings → Change password.

Withdrawal Password

It is separate from your login password and can be reset from settings with an OTP.

Lost SIM?

Get a duplicate SIM for the same number from your operator, or contact Khelv customer care with your UID.

Reset Not Working?

  • Check the number has no +91 or leading zero.
  • Make sure the SIM is in the phone.
  • Type the OTP before it expires.
  • Wait a few minutes after several failed tries.

After a Reset

Log in on both the app and the website so each remembers the new password, and update any saved password in your browser.

Make It Stronger

Use three unrelated words and a number. It is easier to remember and much harder to guess.
